PARTNERS' PROFILES Dr. Frank Chetcuti Dimech, M.A. (Fin.Serv.), LL.D. graduated as a lawyer from the University of Malta in 1993. Since 1994, he has lectured Private International Law at the University of Malta. In 1997 he was awarded the degree of Masters in Financial Services from the University of Malta and in 2001 he was awarded the International Investment Advice Certificate by the Securities Institute of London. His main practice areas are financial services, company law, taxation, data protection and EU Law. Dr Chetcuti Dimech writes regularly on these subjects in various local and international publications. He has been selected by European Legal 500 as a recommended legal expert in the corporate and finance area and is a director on a number of international companies and investment funds. Dr. Marse-Ann Farrugia, LL.D., graduated as a lawyer from the University of Malta in 1993. She has lectured constitutional, administrative and human rights law at the Department of Public Law of the University of Malta since 1994. Dr. Farrugia specialises in telecommunications law, constitutional and administrative law and human rights and has represented clients before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
